2. Points & Allocations

• Points are non-transferable and have no monetary value until a token generation event (TGE), if any.
• Airdrop allocations are calculated proportionally at the snapshot and are not guaranteed.
• We may adjust point mechanics, multipliers, or eligibility to preserve fairness and prevent abuse.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or multiple accounts to farm points unfairly.
• Exploit bugs or manipulate the referral system.
• Attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse-engineer the service.

4. Wallets & Non-Custodial Nature

Hexra is non-custodial. You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase. We never hold your funds and cannot recover lost keys.

5. No Financial Advice

Nothing on Hexra constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Crypto assets are volatile and carry risk.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hexra is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
